The municipality of Ajuy was one of the towns in the Province of Iloilo that was devastated by Tropical Depression (TD) AGATON on April 11, 2022. Estimated 17,335 families were evacuated from their homes. The Rotary Club of Metro Iloilo donated food packs and clothings to the evacuees on April 13.
